PAYMENT TERMS

At Reel Me Upp, We take an advance payment of 50% of the package cost to Book your shoot date.

The remaining 50% and any miscellaneous charges, if applicable, must be cleared on the day of the shoot, before we begin the shoot.

REFUND POLICY

At Reel Me Upp, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest value from our services.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Reel Me Upp Bookings:

- 7 days before the shoot date: 50% refund against the advance payment or the option to reschedule for the next available slot.

- 3 days or less before the shoot date: No refunds are offered against the advance payment under any circumstances.
